Recently, some customers have received calls claiming to be from BIDV employees, such as branch staff or contact center agents, who invite or advise customers to open credit cards, increase their BIDV credit card limits, and request to add them as a friend on Zalo for guidance. These callers then send a link and ask the customer to download an app or provide personal and account information. Please be aware of the following:

• BIDV will never ask you to provide personal or account information via Zalo or other social media channels. Please do not click on unknown links or download any apps through links, and keep your personal and account information confidential.
